Rameshwar Sharma and Shyam Babu Sharma are accused of swindling crores of rupees in the gift auction amount of the temple.
The case was initially filed against assistant manager Dalchand Chaudhary and unknown persons in May 2019 on the complaint of Giraj Seva Samiti Secretary Ramakant Kaushik. The accused were alleged to have embezzled Rs 11 crore in the amount of temple offerings, worship, and auction.
During the course of the police investigation, the names of half a dozen contractors such as Rameshwar Sharma and Shyam Babu Sharma came to light.
