Equally important are Chhappan Bhog, symbolizing the devotional culinary traditions of Braj, and Makhan Mishri, a preparation closely linked to Lord Krishna’s childhood pastimes. The creamy Taroli Rabri will further showcase the district’s rich dairy heritage.
The trade show will also feature a diverse range of regional specialties, including Agra’s Petha and Dalmoth, Mainpuri’s Sohan Papdi, Firozabad’s Kachori and Aloo Tikki, Aligarh’s dairy products and Chamcham, Hathras’ Rabri, Gorakhpur’s Litti Chokha, Lucknow’s Malai Makkhan, Varanasi’s Banarasi Paan and Tiranga Barfi, and several other traditional delicacies from across the state.

The initiative is expected to generate significant economic benefits for sweet makers, dairy producers, farmers, and small entrepreneurs associated with the traditional food industry.

The promotion of these products is aligned with the state’s efforts to strengthen local economies through branding, modern packaging, and wider market access. By showcasing centuries-old culinary traditions on an international stage, Uttar Pradesh aims to preserve its rich food heritage while creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for local communities.
For Mathura and the Braj region, the upcoming trade show represents more than a business opportunity. It is a chance to share the flavors, traditions, and devotional culture of Shri Krishna’s land with the world.
